The Casio Camera have not really made a big noise in the industry but the manufacture does have a good line of digital cameras starting with the Casio EXILIM EX-V7.  This camera is user-friendly, has a good auto focus and an intuitive menu structure.

This is a very compact camera but it is powered with 7x optical zoom.  It is a bit heavy though and might not fit a small pocket. It boasts of an image stabilizer as well as brightness control but you lose image quality when you zoom in maybe because of the too large optical zoom.

It sports a 2.5 inch display screen along with the controls on right side.  There is a universal tripod mount at the bottom while the memory card and the battery is on the side.

The best thing about this camera is that it starts easily and is ready to shoot photos immediately after you activate the controls.
