The Canon EOS-5D Digital Camera Is Perfect For Professional Photographers

Thursday, January 24th, 2008

ZE5DC

The Canon EOS 5D provides "full frame" digital SLR technology, built around a 12.8-megapixel CMOS sensor, which means that it covers the same area as a 35mm film frame.

This is an extremely high-end digital SLR from Canon, but the price is probably not affordable for people who just want to take quick pictures of the kids. The EOS 5D is equipped with all of the photographic controls and custom functions that are excellent for professional photographers. There are so many features that I can’t even list them all here. If you’d like to see them for yourself, go to http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/controller?act=ModelInfoAct&fcategoryid=139&modelid=11933

This camera is the best one to get if you’re new to digital photography, because it is very affordable, and extremely easy to use. It offers traditional Kodak features that we’ve come to expect, and to love. Plus, they have improved those features with this camera.

  • 7 Mega pixels
  • 3x optical zoom / 5-x digital zoom
  • Auto focus, auto, and manual exposure
  • Movie mode with sound
  • Ultra compact size
  • High ISO resolution, for incredibly realistic color

With a price starting out at only $99, this is a terrific camera for the novice, or for a more experienced photographer who wants a camera just to carry in their pocket.
